Well, a LOT has been going on at The Print Room recently. Jeff James' Pinter double-bill, One For The Road/Victoria Station, has now come to an end. It was so lovely having the cast and creative team here milling about; now the office feels quite empty without them! There’s definitely less of an endless supply of tea and biscuits! However, even though Molesley has been surprising us with his cowardly, flirtatious ways it’s some relief to still see Kevin Doyle every Sunday in Downton! One For The Road/Victoria Station has now moved on to the Young Vic showing from Thursday 6 October until Saturday 15 October.
Next at The Print Room we have Harold Pinter in Cuba, an evening of rehearsed readings from the plays, poems and prose of Harold Pinter on Sunday 16 October at 7:00pm. This is a very special event performed to commemorate Harold’s solidarity with Cuba which, after this preview, will be presented at the Fourteenth International Havana Theatre Festival in Cuba at the end of October. There is a stellar cast including Roger Lloyd-Pack, Trigger from Only Fools and Horses(!!), Susie Wooldridge, previously seen here in Snake In The Grass, and Andy De La Tour from Notting Hill and The Young Ones, to name but a few.
